Satori Hotel - Haifa

Spotlessly clean and wonderful hotel. Great location very close to a bus station. - Nice staff at check-out. - Appropriate room with a comfortable bed, tea/coffee, a hot steaming shower. - Breakfast with very fresh salads and different foods.

It is a wonderful property located in Hadar HaCarmel district just next door to the center of the city and all the bars, pubs, restaurants and night clubs. Totally recommended for shopping.

Good for one night. Charming hotel, clean, with really kind and very good staff at check-out. In the center of Haifa and close to the bay and a harbor. Savoury and tasty breakfast with great products.

My room was extremely pleasant and new-fashioned and had a mini-fridge-bar, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. the location was incredible and amazing, you can visit Haifa's Municipal Theater by walking.

The location of the hotel was not that bad, however the hotel is located in the worn out building, and the district does not look too impressive either. What I did not appreciate was a quite a bit patronizing attitute of the staff of the hotel.

If you prefer smaller hotels located in an urban area this is a good choice. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the room was updated and comfortable. I would stay here again.

The neighborhood is OK but not beautiful.

The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome right from the start. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a great bed for a good night's sleep. And the views of Haifa from the hotel were simply breathtaking.

No soap bars in bathroom. I dont like liquid soap. Airconditioning remote was difficult to get to the proper temperature. It was always to cold and we had to turn off the AC.

how competent and nice the reception desk lady Nasreen was! There was a registration error in the system and I found myself with 2 bookings the same night. she solved this problem and some similar ones

The stay at this hotel was excellent. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. We were pleased to find convenient parking nearby. Additionally, there were supermarkets and stores close to the hotel, which was a great convenience.

The desk help was exceptionally solicitous. The breakfast was wonderful. And the beds were very very comfortable.

Our room did not get cleaned. We had to ask for toilet paper, which was promptlhy delivered.

The entrence and the hall way is nice. The rest is not so nice.

We got a smoking room, even after we asked for nonesmoking. Aircondition didn't work, safe didn't work. Place and area is full of russians who likes vodka a lot. Breakfast was awful.

Great place to stay for a trip to Haifa. Pleasant and exceptionally comfortable hotel. - Nice employees at check-out. - Brand-new and big room provided with an extra bed and tea/coffee. - Favourable location to an art gallery.

We spent there one night. The staff is extremely friendly, location is perfect and there is a parking place too! Good kosher breakfast. And we even had jacuzzi in the bathroom?! Very pleasant place!

The guy in charge of maintenance was really helpful and made the stay bearable since facilities were not functioning and service not provided.

The hotel is very overpriced. The room was so small that it was definitely not intended for two people. The view from the window was very disappointing and at least during our stay an intolerable noise came from the streets at night time.
